Karate practice in children allows them to exercise concentration, creating habits that will help them in their studies and work. It also generates respect, becoming more understanding and creating positive attitudes towards others; It promotes concentration and improves their physical condition.

Regarding physical and psychomotor development, children develop flexibility, spatiality, muscle tone, perception of rhythm and time, balance, memory, coordination, perception of their body scheme and laterality.

It also develops cognitive skills, such as: control of actions and emotions, respect for oneself, towards others and towards rules, determination, adaptation and a spirit of initiative and risk.

Thanks to the Karate philosophy, its practitioners are always polite, respectful and kind people. Karate is one of the most complete sports that exist, since it integrally educates the person in all its internal and external aspects. And best of all, it can be started as soon as they start.

The first task of education is to shake life up, but to leave it free to develop.
