In lower and upper elementary the Physical Education classes are taught by environment, once a week, using, in addition to their own body, support materials.

These classes seek to promote and develop students; self-knowledge, develop their communication and relationship skills, as well as their abilities and motor skills through various manifestations that strengthen their sense of cooperation and participation in motor games, proposing norms, rules and new forms for coexistence in playful activities.

In this space they can reflect on the daily actions that are linked to their sociocultural environment and that contribute to their socio-motor relationships, as well as learn about self-care of their health from informed decision-making on hygiene measures, the promotion of good habits and the recognition of possible risks when carrying out motor actions to prevent accidents in their daily life.
