Based on the cosmic vision proposed by Dr. María Montessori, we consider that the development of empathy and care for all living beings and for our environment is a coresponsibility that must be practiced from an early age and in all areas, that is why we take care of creating awareness on our ecological footprint, as well as promoting daily actions that mitigate it.

We are a green school, an environmental leader, endorsed by SEMARNAT. Our urban garden program allows children to live the experience of working with soil, observing the cycles of life, consuming the products they harvest, in addition to interrelating all this with the natural sciences content.

The children take care of the integral care of the Garden, from watering, sowing, transplanting, observing, identifying, collecting, researching, experimenting to harvesting, cooking (sometimes even in a solar pot) and eating healthy.
In each environment, the organic waste is separated to recycle it and keep our composters and vermicompost active. We take care of the nutrition of the students within the school, avoiding junk food, reducing the consumption of refined sugar to a minimum and promoting nutritious and well-balanced snacks. We participate in recycling programs, extending them to our community. With all this we promote the 4Rs: reduce, reuse, recycle and regenerate.

And to share with our families each year; learning, we held a Garden Fair for each level, towards the end of the school year.

The first task of education is to shake life up, but to leave it free to develop.
